We usually suggest email and mobile telephone number. But you can choose to use just one method of contact.

If you only have a work email account, consider setting up a new email. An email address such as antoinette@yahoo.co.uk means that I'm located somewhere in the UK. An email address such as antoinette@camden.gov.uk means I work in Camden. Also one phone call to the switchboard means someone can find out the address of your workplace.

Try to give a mobile number rather than your home number. Want to be extra safe? You can buy a sim card for between £1 -£3.
Meeting Up
When you arrange to meet up with someone, be sensible, and tell someone who, where and what time you are meeting. Always arrange to meet in a public area. Arrange with a friend, a time you will call when your date is over.
